Tot School Rabbits: Princess edition

Tot School

I'm writing this on Friday, because we're leaving this afternoon to go out of town for a few days. We're going to Scarborough Fair, and then to Wolf Creek Lodge. I'm looking forward to having all sorts of great things to tell ya'll about.

So, this week we studied rabbits, my goal was to learn what rabbits ate, where they lived, and to read lots of rabbit books. So, here's what we did. I got my activities from Homeschool Share. It's intended for elementary age, so I only took the ideas we could make using pictures.

Am I left handed?

Or am I right handed?

I did two levels of difficulty, Princess, who I'm talking about here on most of the crafts just had to do the glueing. I cut out the pieces for her because it was above her skill level.

How can I best shred this?

For the second activity, I cut it into pairs of pictures and let her cut apart the different food pictures. This just ended up with shredded vegetables, and flowers. But, her cutting skills will improve someday. Maybe.

And today we did a rabbit dot to dot, which she isn't quite ready for, but she had fun. She also got to do a Peter Rabbit sticker book. Oh, and put all of the elements in the lap book. We still have to put the cover on, but she so thoroughly painted the rabbit that it looks like a brown blob. So I need to cut it out, so it looks like a rabbit.

And of course as soon as I was done with all my activities for the week, and just wanted a dot to dot, I found this great site Peter Rabbit Actitivies. Oh well, I'll have it for another time I do rabbits.
